1. Raw Material Selection

Manufacturing begins with qualified steel pipe, plate, or other approved raw materials. Material certificates are checked before production.

2. Cutting

The raw material is cut into suitable sections according to the required fitting dimensions.

3. Forming

Different fittings require different forming processes.

Elbows may be produced through hot forming or other controlled forming methods. Tees and reducers can be manufactured using hydraulic forming, hot pressing, or other suitable techniques.

4. Heat Treatment

Heat treatment can improve mechanical properties and reduce internal stresses created during forming.

5. Machining

The ends of the fittings are machined to achieve the required dimensions and bevel geometry for welding.

6. Inspection

Finished fittings are checked for:

  • Dimensions
  • Wall thickness
  • Surface condition
  • Material identification
  • Mechanical properties when required
  • NDT requirements when specified

7. Marking and Packing

Products are marked with relevant information and carefully packed for transportation.
